Return Policy
I keep all my plants for a set amount of time to ensure they're fully established, actively growing and acclimated.
Each plant is carefully inspected to ensure health at the time of sale.
For this reason, refunds and replacements are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience an issue, please reach out! I am happy to help troubleshoot issues and provide care tips!

This information helps me determine whether I'm able to offer a refund, replacement, or other support. I'm always willing to help with plant care and tips, but ultimately I cannot be responsible for the health of the plant after it leaves my store.
If a refund is agreed upon, please return the plant to my store with proof of purchase within 3 business days.
Pickup Policy

Please provide 1 business day for order processing.

Please pickup within 3 business days from the date that the order was processed. I am not responsible for plants that have been purchased and left in my care for longer than 3 business days without prior arrangements.
Shipping Policy
I ship orders every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with priority placed in orders that are located further from us, to avoid weekend carrier delays. Orders are not shipped Thursday through Saturday. Here's what you need to know about our shipping:

Packing Care: I pack each plant with care and document the process with photos.

Risk of Shipping: While I do my best to ensure safe delivery, shipping plants involves risk. I am not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, incorrect address provided or stolen packages.

Heat and Ice Packs: As of October 2024, every order through the winter months will be shipped with double-sided insulation and long-term heat packs for no additional charge.

Reporting Issues: If there’s a problem with your plants upon receiving, send me unpacking photos and/or videos within three days.

Shipping & Refunds
To protect my business from chargebacks:

Address Matching: I will not ship orders to any address where the billing address (including name) differs from the shipping address. In such cases, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Refund Method: Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment used. I cannot refund to a different form of payment or card.

Proof of Purchase: For refunds, you must either have a customer profile (rewards account) or provide your receipt.
I am happy to offer help and advice for plants, but it is your responsibility to ask for help!
